Hi y’all! My name is Callie and I’m a 20-year-old Math Major, born and raised Deep in the Heart of Texas. I found out I was gluten intolerant late in my freshman year and, after a few mishaps, I have finally felt completely well again! I like to experiment with new recipes and try to eat [mostly] healthy foods.
I’ll soon be a college graduate (yes the senioritis has definitely kicked in!), and am planning on trying for a Master’s degree in Business.
I originally started this blog to spread God’s love to anyone who wants to listen. While I may do a random post of the week, the main purpose of Bible Belt Belle is to strengthen my faith and hopefully, to help yours, too. If you have any questions, disagreements, or agreements about something I post, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to answer your question or to resolve an issue. I want to be held accountable for what I post here, and I want it to be as true to God’s word as it can possibly be.
My faith and my family are the most important things to me, and I’m very open about my faith. I don’t believe in judging others because I know we’re not perfect. I’d love to talk religion or anything else you have on your mind. Feel free to contact me! 🙂
DISCLAIMER: Bible Belt Belle is a personal blog. I am not a registered dietician, nor do I have any medical training. Occasionally, I’ll post something about fitness or food, but I will not post everything I eat or every workout I do. I’ll also, sometimes, share products that I like to eat. I typically don’t buy many pre-packaged foods unless it states that it’s gluten free. However, this is not always the case. Products that are processed in the same facility as gluten, for example, typically don’t bother me like it might bother someone else. Therefore, I ask that y’all please double-check all products you buy, especially if you are gluten intolerant or have Celiac’s Disease.
